Getting to know Staffies

You may not all be aware of the RSPCA'S    ‘Get to know a dog - Staffies’
campaign which was launched last year. The aim of the campaign is to
change the public perception of Staffies and generally raise interest in
this breed.

The main RSPCA  created a microsite- click on -  www.gettoknowadog.co.uk with lots of useful
information about staffies, how to adopt a dog and a staffie pet search
facility.  Each week they feature a ‘Staffie of the Week’ on the
website, which is picked from the long stay dogs as featured in the pet
search.

They have also just launched a Flickr feed on the website so the public can
upload photos of their Staffies to help promote them as good pets. Have
